~On the day schedule ~
① Move to Sapporo Morning Market after meeting at JR Soen Station West Exit
② Explore local market at Sapporo Morning Market. You can purchase any ingredients you particularly like.(60 minutes)
③ Move to "THE STAY SAPPORO-nagomi-" by taxi (15 minutes)
④ Make sushi with your chosen fish! The guide will give an easy-to-understand lecture (90 minutes)
⑤ Commemorative photo with your own sushi (10 minutes)
⑥ Eat your own sushi! Miso soup is also served (30 minutes)
⑦ Dissolution! Thank you for your work today!
